Free Shipping Over $150

We Ship Across Canada!

In order to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we would like you to know that:

  • We are currently offering free shipping across Canada on orders over $150 - Standard Ground * Exclusions include but are not limited to Bicycles**, Bike Trainer, Bike Stands and Car Racks. Shipping charges called *Shipping Quote* will be calculated after checkout for these items by our Online Order team and you will be contacted via e-mail with a shipping quote. 
  • Bicycles are subject to an additional $40 labour fee to box the bike.
  • Certain orders are too large, fragile, and/or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods.
  • Due to the high volume of online orders and additional safety measures in place, it is taking a little longer to ship orders and process returns. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Please note that if you have requested your order to be shipped to an address other than your billing address, we will cancel your order.

International Shipping

We are not doing any International Shipping at this time, but you can contact the courier of choice to see how much it will cost to ship the item to your country. We will provide all the box dimensions for you to get the correct quote from your courier. After that, just place an order on our website and our online team will contact you with all the instructions.

14 Days Return

If it turns out that you accidentally chose the wrong product, colour or size we gladly accept returns on all products up to 14 days after receiving your order. If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the item. Provide all details of the defective goods. You would need to provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you from having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping unless we are at fault. We only accept returns on unused and uninstalled products still in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you minus your shipping charges. Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

All items that we ship are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to arrange for a pickup of the damaged product and packaging. Please try and leave the product and package in its original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when we file the claim with the shipping company.  We will do everything in our power to make sure we get you out a duplicate product(s) in undamaged condition as quickly as possible. We want to make this as hassle-free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

If we sent you the wrong size, colour, or you are missing a product from your indicated original invoice we will do everything in our power to get you out your correct product(s) as soon as possible. We realize that mistakes suck so make sure you give us a call or email us as soon as you realize there is a discrepancy with your received product.  

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be confusing and that mistakes happen. Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless we are at fault (refer to above). We only accept returns on unused and uninstalled products still in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you in the same payment method as you made the original purchase minus your shipping charges* (If your order was over $150 and originally received free shipping).

All Cap’s Bicycle Shop products displayed as Sales Items, Special Deals, Tubes, Tools, Gift Cards, Washed Clothing as well as Bicycles are Final Sale unless the product is defective.

Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Procedure

 To have the return of an online order you need to be approved. Please, contact us via e-mail at info@capsbicycleshop.com or by phone at (604) 524-3611 to confirm return eligibility.

Return shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Reimbursement:

Returns are refunded in the original form of payment once we have received your return in good order.

Preparing your package for return:

Returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pick-up is still available. Please wait until you have received an email confirmation to pick up your order before coming in. For easy order pick-up, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A piece of government-issued photo ID
  • The order number

Most items listed as "in stock" will be available 24hrs after placing the order. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
