JOB TITLE: Sales Level 2 - Intermediate Sales Associate


REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager/General Manager


This position requires intermediate product knowledge and experience selling in a high-end retail environment.  


  • Intermediate product knowledge of the brands we sell
  • Guide and instruct L1 Sales staff
  • Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers
  • Check work email and respond at the beginning and end of every shift
  • Direct customers through entire sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Complete a multitude of daily house keeping and office taskS
  • High End accessories and parts knowledge (Garmin, Go Pro, Di2, aftermarket wheels from Roval, Shimano,) Full suspension bike design features and benefits,
  • Custom bike sales (select compatible parts to build up a bare frame)
  • Participate in planning sessions to guide inventory selection and depth
  • Guide and Instruct L1 and L2 sales staff

Education/Experience:  Two to three years of bicycle retail sales experience

Skills and Traits: Outgoing, enthusiastic, sociable, gregarious, positive attitude

Physical Demands:
